In the winter months, wrap up warmly to enjoy an invigorating walk through the park towards Ramsgate, or on the sands to Kingsgate and Margate.

Mobility Facilities: Viking Bay is accessible via a ramp in Louisa Bay or a lift (seasonal opening).A wheelchair/pushchair accessible walkway is available between the lift and the Pavilion in Harbour Street.

Parking To enable fair access to parking for all concerned, especially during the summer months, a number of the streets have restricted parking. This takes the form of Pay and Display, Visitors Permits, and off street car parks. On the map below, off street chargeable car parks are marked in orange. Unrestricted, sea front, street parking is shown in blue.
